As founder and President of Synergistic Solutions, Stacey Stockman directs strategic initiatives, vision and new business development on behalf of this “success incubator.” She brings more than 30 years of experience advising, counseling and supporting the growth of emerging technology, start-ups and green-space organizations, as well as some of the world’s most recognized companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, United Airlines, Pillsbury, Sony, Eddie Bauer, Travelocity and EMC. Drawing on her years as an Applications Developer, Business Analyst and Operations Manager, she has successfully secured top talent and drive operational expansion for clients.
As a business visionary, Stacey strategically partners with her clients, incorporating her hands-on business and technical skills, along with more than a decade of highly specialized recruitment training, including her work as a Division Director with Robert Half International. As a result of many successful placements and network building, Stacey has spearheaded many partnerships on behalf of the company, such as John Hancock Retirement Services.
Stacey has a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Shimer College, including advanced studies at Oxford University, Balliol College. Stacey is currently pursuing advanced degrees in Biblical studies and its application in business and peoples lives. She is an active philanthropist, supporting earth-friendly initiatives as well as extreme cases of child illness and grief counseling. Stacey received the Bahi Award for cultural awareness for her work promoting literacy. Stacey’s personal life consists of flash volunteerism, street ministry, surfing, travel and enjoying the antics of her rescue cat, Boo.
